Executive Leaders
Jacob Walker, Executive Director/Principal
Jacob Walker is the founder of EducateONE and Global SchoolONE. He has had the fortune to have the rare life experiences that prepares one to take on the daunting task of developing an education system from the ground up.

• Early experience with amazing learning via travel as opposed to being in a class room with set curriculum
- Amazing teachers throughout high school, that he saw different methods of how they induced learning
- The fortune to be ahead of the technology curve, by co-founding the first internet provider in Placer County, using a smartphone before the iPhone existed, and working with AI previous to ChatGPT's public release.
- Teaching in an open entry adult education course that required mastery learning for students to earn certification
- Inspired by W. Edwards Deming, Eliyahu Goldratt, Tom Peters, James Collins, and Jerry Porras in continual improvement, he brought this self-reflection and improvement to his classroom, being awarded Teacher of the Year at his school.
- Tasked by Principal Kirk Williams, he was the primary architect of transforming Twin Rivers Adult School to becoming akin to a technical college, gaining Title IV Accreditation responsible for millions of dollars of Pell Grant funding.
- During this process, he led Twin Rivers Adult School through a new WASC accreditation protocol and COE accreditation; because of his experience doing these accreditation, we was asked by WASC to advise them on their protocol changes.
- Further, during this time, he was asked by the California Department of Education, to write updated Career Technical Education Model Curriculum Standards for Information Support and Services & Software and Systems Development.
- After Twin Rivers Adult School ultimately lost its funding due to district cuts, he was the primary architect of Highlands Community Charter School, which he had the integrity to be a whistleblower when it was later consumed by corruption.
- Continuing his work to change education he has met with top education leaders in Uganda and the Minister of Higher Education of Malawi to develop a university, but unfortunately in both cases, politics got in the way.
Despite there being an easier path to take, Jacob feels that so many have invested in his life to do good, that he must do his best to bring dividends of good to this world.
Olga Evans, Chief Academic Officer/AI Officer
Olga Evans serves as Chief Academic Officer and AI Officer at EducateONE, where she leads the strategic design of learning systems built for the world we are rapidly approaching. She is the kind of leader who can reimagine education at the systems level while remaining grounded in the lived reality of learners and educators.

• Leads the strategic design of adaptive learning ecosystems that integrate linguistics, psychology, and emerging AI models, so that students can learn quicker and better content that is more relevant to their lives.
- Distinguishes her work through intentionality: she approaches AI not as a mechanism to automate learning, but as a relational and ethical partner in human development.
- Has shaped EducateONE’s thinking on personalization, access, and evidence-based innovation across global contexts, with special focus on learners historically excluded from high-quality education.
- Brings an uncommon combination of strengths: deep academic rigor, hands-on systems thinking, and lived experience working across cultures, languages, and institutional boundaries.
- Operates fluently across pedagogical theory, AI architecture-level conversations, nonprofit governance, and the day-to-day realities of implementation.
- Serves as a critical bridge between vision and execution—translating complex ideas into systems that can actually function in real human environments.
- Has been instrumental in guiding EducateONE’s ethical frameworks for AI adoption, consistently asking the questions that matter most: not only can we build something, but should we, for whom, and under what conditions.
- Sees education as a living system, knowing that learning is not programmed but awakened by relationship, trust, and intellectual honesty, which she shows through how she designs, mentors, and challenges assumptions, including her own.
Olga Evans is a systems-level thinker with a human core, able to lead at the intersection of education, AI, and ethical futures while remaining deeply attuned to the individuals within the systems she builds.
David Jones, Chief Operating Officer/Technology Officer
David Jones like many techies, doesn't often share much about himself, but more will be coming here soon.
